Privacy and CCTV operation statement

Our CCTV records video and audio 24 hours a day

Recordings are automatically deleted within around every 30 days unless any incidents are reported (They will then be saved)

CCTV is used for the security and welfare of the building and residents

Cameras are only in communal areas , stairways, hallways, garden and covering all the external parts of the building. We cant see or hear inside your apartments.

Any incidents we are informed of or if we see a problem. We will go through the recordings to find out what the issue is, this includes any breaches of contracts, for example where any dirt has come from, who's left the bin lids up and any excess noise.

We don't listen into personal conversations and we cant hear inside your apartment. Only the Directors have access to the cctv

Any incidents outside the building by non residents contact us.
